Auer, the village where the Veronika Apartments are located, is a typical South Tyrolean village with very deep historical roots. Its history is visible in the old buildings and arcades, yet the heart of Auer is not only historic but also full of life. It’s a great place for shopping and offers everything you might need for a relaxing holiday.

For active guests, Auer is the perfect starting point for cycling tours — the village lies along the cycle path that crosses the entire South Tyrolean lowlands, leading through beautiful orchards. And even if you don’t have your own bike, no worries — you can easily rent one in the village. For those who prefer hiking, Auer is also a gateway to many trails, leading to destinations such as the picturesque village of Aldein, the surrounding forests, Lake Göller or the Rotwand.

And when the summer heat kicks in, the public swimming pool in Auer offers the perfect place to cool off — just a few minutes away from our apartments.
